I dag så har jeg trent 2 timer med intervaller. Jeg slet noe med å få opp pulsen på dragene, men dette henger mye sammen med at jeg de 2 siste dagene også har trent hardt. Likevel var det en god trening.
Treningen så omtrent slik ut:
30 minutter oppvarming
(6 minutter i sone 3-4) x 4
(45 sekunder i sone 4-5) x 4
30 minutter nedkjøring

Today, I have been traing 2 hours with intervals. I had some problems getting my heart rate up, but this is due to hard training the last 2 days. Overall a good training.
My training looked like this:
